How To Make Crispy Fried Cauliflower:

To begin, prep the cauliflower by washing and drying it, then cutting it into florets of equal size. Create a mixture of all-purpose flour, garlic powder, red chilli powder, salt, and black pepper. Dip each floret into a bowl filled with milk and then coat it with the flour mixture. Heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches around 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). You can test if the oil is ready by dropping a small piece of cauliflower into the oil; if it sizzles and rises to the surface, the oil is ready. All that’s left is to fry the cauliflower until it turns perfectly golden brown and crispy.
