Rakhi Sawant on Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner: I wasn’t supporting Elvish Yadav as he has roasted me in many videos – Times of India

Rakhi Sawant had a great time interacting with paps recently. Now that Bigg Boss OTT 2 is over, the actress shared her thoughts on Elvish Yadav‘s big win. She revealed how she couldn’t believe he has got so many votes from the janta (public).
Rakhi, who has been part of Bigg Bossas a wildcard contrast many times, shared why she wasn’t in favour of Elvish Yadav initially.She said, “I wasn’t supporting Elvish Yadav because he has roasted me in many of his videos. But I am very happy for him. Congratulations to him on his win.”
Rakhi added that she is happy that commoners like MC Stan and Elvish Yadav have started to win the game show unlike the previous times when channel favoured heroines working in their serials.
The actress also addressed Elvish and told him not to let pride overtake him. She said, “I am happy for Elvish. He has roasted me a lot but I forgive him. I congratulate him. But ghamand nahi karna. And don’t forget those who have made you win. Because this is what happens to winners.”

This season, Rakhi was expecting Manisha Rani or Pooja Bhatt to take home the trophy as she thought they were far stronger contenders. Both of them were in the top 5 finalists. But got evicted. It was Abhishek Malhan, who eventually competed with Elvish for the trophy and became the first runner-up.
The game may be over now but its contestants are busier than ever. While Jad recently visited Abdu Rozik’s restaurant, Abhishek was spotted at the airport with his parents after being discharged from the hospital.
Several contestants and celebs met Abhishek at the hospital including Bebika Dhurve, Manisha Rani, Ashika Bhatia, Prince Bhatia and Aaliyah Siddiqui. There are many who questioned why Elvish didn’t meet Abhishek but he clarified that it was due to ‘security reasons’.
