Seattle Orcas raced to the 127-run target riding on Quinton de Kock’s unbeaten 88 that was powered by 4 sixes and 10 fours and came off just 50 balls.
Though Seattle Orcas lost opener Nauman Anwar in the second over, an unbeaten 117-run stand between Quinton de Kock and Shehan Jayasuriya for the second wicket took the team safely through to the final.
Trent Boult took four wickets to set up an emphatic six-wicket victory for MI New York against Texas Super Kings on Friday.
Boult’s 4/24 enabled MI New York to bowl out Texas Super Kings for 158 in their 20 overs. MI New York chased down the target with six wickets in hand and an over to spare.
