Mango pudding is one of the easiest mango-based desserts out there. While a traditional mango pudding requires a bunch of ingredients and can be a little complicated to make, this one is much simpler and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings in no time. Its taste is quite similar to that of a mango cheesecake but doesn’t have cream cheese. To make it, you just need to arrange a buttery biscuit layer in a glass container (you can also use glasses to make mini servings). This layer is then topped with fresh mango slices and a layer of mango puree mixed with vanilla ice cream. Its smooth and velvety texture is simply to die for.
How To Make 4-Ingredient Mango Pudding | Easy Mango Pudding Recipe
Start by crushing the digestive biscuits in a bowl until they turn into fine crumbs. Add the melted butter to it and combine well. Transfer this biscuit mixture to a glass dish and press it down evenly using the back of a spoon. Place it in the freezer for a few minutes to set. In the meantime, make a puree of the mango slices using a processor. Add this puree to a bowl of melted vanilla ice cream and mix well. Arrange a layer of fresh mango slices on top of the biscuit layer and pour the prepared puree over it. Decorate it with crushed biscuits and mango slices.
