Jay Bhanushali reveals daughter Tara fell asleep while watching ‘Barbie’, says ‘This film is neither for kids nor for adults’ – Times of India

Jay Bhanushali was one of those actors, who decided to take his kids to watch Barbie but had a similar experience as Juhi Parmar. The actor took to his Instagram story and reviewed the film. Jay also shared how his daughter wasn’t impressed with his choice of film and wanted to either sleep or go back home from the middle of the film.

Jay said, “I would like to make an announcement, all of you must have seen many videos of people wearing pinkin the theatre for the Barbie film.

I was one of them and I took my daughter to watch the film on Sunday. But trust me, guys, it is ‘bawaseer’. I am saving your money, I have not seen such a terrible film before. It is a super bad film, it is neither for kids nor for adults. All this propaganda is wrong. It took me two days to make this video. I thought the movie would be for kids with the kind of promotions they did.”
He further shared his daughter’s reaction, “I had paid for the tickets so I was trying to like the film but my daughter tells me just 30 mins into the film that she wants to either sleep or go home as she cannot watch this film anymore. I still tried telling her that the film is good, and to continue watching but that one look that she gave me was enough. She judged me for watching the film. Don’t take your kids to this film, they will judge you for the choice of your films.”
