Exclusive: Bhabiji’s Shubhangi Atre to take a break for 20 days from the show for daughter Ashi; read details – Times of India
The actress is neither quitting the show nor will be away for a month. She also won’t be missing from the screen during the period. Speaking to ETimes TV, Shubhangi said, “I will be away for 20 days for my daughter’s higher studies.”
She further said, “She is going to UIUC – University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
She will be doing Major in Astrophysics. So I am going with her to settle her down. We need the blessings for her.”
When asked if her absence will be felt in the show, the actress, who plays the lead role of Angoori Bhabhi said, “I am so thankful and grateful to Benaifer Kohli ji. I was aware of this development since the past six-seven months and had informed the same to the team. Since then, I have been shooting. Audience will not miss me at all and everything is sorted. I will be on leave but I will be seen on screen.”

Shubhangi will be leaving on August 10 and will be returning on the 28th.
The actress has been a part of the show since 2016 after Shilpa Shinde quit. Shubhangi also earned instant love from audience as Angoori Bhabhi.
The show’s other bhabhi – Anita Bhabhi, played by Vidisha Srivastava embraced motherhood in July. The show stars Rohitashv Gour as Angoori bhabhi’s husband and Aasif Sheikh as Anita Bhabhi’s husband.
